中華白海豚之旅

Hong Kong has been blessed with its diverse marine habitat. A special boat trip around Lung Kwu Chau will be held on 30 July including on-board white-dolphin watching, a village visit to Tai O and a seafood lunch – an enjoyable one-day excursion for sure!

Many female clients are usually concerned about lifting weights and becoming too muscular and manly looking. They are so afraid to go near dumbells that many women ignore strength training completely, and instead, rely on long-distance running to - as they say - 'tone up their legs.

Well there are only a few problems with their theories...

Summer is around the corner and many of you will be getting back to being hamsters on treadmills in hopes of shedding fat and looking good on the beach. Hmmm... what an EFFORT.

Having lived in Hong Kong for more than 10 years I was starting to consider myself quite the local, but when a friend of mine starting recalling her past weekend’s happenings in Sai Kung I quickly realized there was a big part of Hong Kong life that I had yet to experience.

At the time Sai Kung seemed like a far away, mystical place. I had…

The HK sevens is world renowned for being a high quality rugby event with a great atmosphere.  Locally it is known for being the best party of the year and one hell of a good time.

My sevens experience this year kicked off on a sunny Friday afternoon in the plaza with some cheap pre-drinking. After meeting up with ten or so friends and DB a…

For sale online again, lets hope they've improved their system this year...4 hours trying last year wasn't fun!!!

Reminder that the tickets go on sale on Saturday 10am! Will require lots of patience - last year they were sold out in 4.5 hours, I got mine after about 4hrs constantly ringing and not getting to the final screen on the internet!!! Such a rubbish system they should use someone other than HKTicketing!!!

I will be posting hatemail here targeted at HKTicketing on Saturday no doubt...

One of Hong Kong’s staple nights out with visitors guaranteed to have a good time (though not always a profitable one!).   Good to buy a paper on the way for some tips and arrive early to make the most of the night.  Once you get there, pay the 10 dollar entry fee and then trot off to place some bets, or simply enjoy a jug of beer from one…
